Who cares if Wolff makes a deal with B of A? Maybe non-franchise brokers like myself should be more worried about this in Inman.com today:
"Realty Executives International will begin compensating real estate agents for mortgage services, as a result of a new alliance among the brokerage chain, RealMart and OnePipeline that will allow sales agents to act as a single lending source for the consumer."
Will "ALLOW SALES AGENTS TO ACT AS A SINGLE LENDING SOURCE FOR THE CONSUMER" ??????!
