Heaven forbid ..... that victimized consumers might band together in a class action against NAR and the ongoing costs of defending such an action .... and what if the consumer's were successful in their suit ..... an attorney just might earn a fee in keeping with the fees earned by attorney's who were successful against the tobacco companies ... just a thought.
