My husband/partner and I have really enjoyed the new Comstock add-on which is their iPersonal Service auto-response mechanism. It enables a customizable series of responses once someone has "registered" at our web-site. The messages are simple moving tips and include links to our virtual tours, our free reports as well as our monthly newsletter. Comstock generates a tremendous amount of leads on our listings. The challenge these days is to keep getting enough listings to make an impact. They keep selling so fast! I know, I know, who's complaining..... This service is pretty well limited to members of RE/MAX offices throughout the network. Nancy
