Why The N.A.R. Is Between a Rock And A Hard Place

Hey, Hey, e-PRO is OK !

Wow Blanche, yours is a great example of a, "go ahead and make my day," article. LOL ! Now look, I'm just a 31 year veteran with a Masters Degree, a slew of designations, and a clear record both legally and ethically in the real estate business. I say these things up-front just to be sure that no one takes me too seriously. To make things worse I live in "fly-over country." Now that should make everyone stop reading now. Those of you who are into self-destruction, please continue.............................
I am an e-PRO ! God that was tough to admit. And I must further confess that even though I have been actively involved in browsers, the net, hardware and software as it applies to the real estate business for seven years, I only scored 84% on the test. Now if I used your article as a measure, that would make me an air-head times the power of ten, maybe more. Heck, you're going to make me light up the blues on the juke box girl....".I've been down so long, down don't bother me," yeah Albert play it..........
Now I'm puttin' on my CO-OP Fertilizer hat, (my bright purple thinkin' cap) to see if I can make some sense of this. I began the e-PRO course as a relatively intelligent and educated person. Now that I have completed the course and gained some valuable additional knowledge, I have become a blues lovin' cromagnon man. A kind of common denominator ape-man So I will have to attempt to communicate with you as a cromagnon. How about this, "Bull Puckey, Babe." "You been hangin' wit da bad Cro's again."
Ah, my purple fertilizer hat never fails me! I'm still a post-modern guy who is better off as an e-PRO. Remember, to err is human, but to persevere is diabolical.
