I have brokers on my web site that get dozens of emails during a weekend, only to anser them a few weeks later. We are purely a real estate site.
This means that the site is working as it should, that it is the broker who is not working as he should. We keep a lot of Cape Cod brokers real busy, some know it, some don't even realize it.
While I could quote many uncompensated compliments by satisfied clients, to me the real measure of the success is the retential of paying brokers.
The WISE broker would prefer not to let his competitors know of their success on my site because their addition to our site potentially lessons the success of the current broker.
But our market (Cape Cod) is unique in many ways, so the dynamics are surley different in typical city usa...
