An incredibly sad story of irresponsibility that reflects on all Realtors. There are however, some agents that unfortunately take on "more than they can chew" or perhaps should never be in real estate to begin with. The one thing that both pat and I saw that was really incredible was that the buyer found the house "of her dreams" herself and made the offer and the agent did not present the offer before leaving town! I wish I had 10 of these buyers and maybe that is the problem where ever this happened. OUR ADVICE: ALL BUYERS AND SELLERS SHOULD INTERVIEW THE PROSPECTIVE REALTOR AS IF THEY WERE HIRING AN EMPLOYEE...BECAUSE YOU ARE! Pat and I have a list of questions that we offer to answer and that we give our customers to ask OTHER AGENTS! Its time that agents realize they are EMPLOYEES not BOSSES! I for one do not want to continue with this kind of reputation (I am not an ATTORNEY!) WE ONLY MAKE MONEY IF THE BUYERS ARE BUYING...NOT BECAUSE THE SELLERS ARE SELLING!
