Problems with the agency

You have several avenues of recourse.

If your problem is on of ethics and the agency is a member of a board of REALTORS(r) you may file a grievance with them. I am a volunteer member of the Grievance comittee of my board. Our duty is to aid in the enforcement of adherance to the REALTOR(r) Code of Ethics. Find a copy on http://www.realtor.com .

If your problem is about a licensed activity go to your state department of licensing.

If your problem is about a contract you have with them you may need the advice of an attorney.
