Jim Lee's response to the aggregators (HomeSeekers, Realtor.com, et al) offering complete inventories under the new reciprocity guidelines was misdirected. They are not selling listings - they are offering a large database, updating of that database on a regular basis (some more frequently than others), and a search engine - all easily added to your web site for a very reasonable fee. Why reinvent the wheel - when it has been invented so many times already. Take advantage of what the aggregators offer and focus on what makes you different from everyone else.
