Response To: The N.A.R. Responds to WebSuite Series (Realty Times Staff - 12/20/2000)

Bob, Get Your Act Together
Posted By: Websuite Employee - 12/20/2000 11:46 PM

Bob, Bob, you need to get it right, guy! I'm truly embarrassed for you when I stop to consider your position and your responsibilities with the National Association of Realtors. But, Bob, before I deal with you, let me first applaud Realty Times and Blanche Evans for their professionalism, thorough investigation, presentation of fact, deep rooted concern for people, and concern that your membership not be misled by others.

Now, Bob, let's return to you. The article signed by you talks about setting the record straight. Bob, all your article is...is a traditional CYA. It should really be beneath a man of your stature and responsibilities within the NAR and certainly does not place NAR in a very positive light with its professional membership. Bob, your CYA email talks about how glorious this company, ESphere, is. How utterly absurd. The truth of the matter is that this company, newly founded by Mark Anderson, is nothing more than a cardboard facade carrying the name of the ESphere product, built by Websuite employees, and raises significant legal questions which are presently being pursued by legal counsel.

Bob, as previous respondants to your email have commented, ESphere is nothing but "a wolf in sheep's clothing" and an attempt to hide Websuite assets under some other name. Frankly, I'm appalled, Bob! You should've been a little smarter than to participate in any legal agreement with Anderson and ESphere, but I also remember you signed an agreement with the Klinkhammers! The current ESphere NAR agreement, which we have copies of, is a pretty sad situation for your membership. Perhaps, you'd be willing to post this contract on the Realty Times' site for everyone to read. Or, perhaps, I should. What do you think, Bob?

Bob, as the Christmas season draws near I hope you're cuddled around some fireplace with a glass of wine and your family thinking about the several Websuite employees who have gone without final paychecks, have never been reimbursed for thosands of dollars in employee expenses, are burdened with huge medical expenses from unpaid benefit coverage from Websuite and Mark Anderson, and have truly struggled to make ends meet over the past few months. However, their pride and professionalism has seen them well, and certainly not allowed them to cave in or reduce themselves to do things for Anderson, ESphere or the Klinkhammers, as you have obviously done in your relationship with Anderson and ESphere. Bob, your membership doesn't deserve you!

Bob, I'm hopeful that you'll want to contact me. Myself and my attorneys will be happy to meet with you directly, or perhaps we should just meet with Mr. Mendenshall. But if you want to participate, that would be great. Currently we are busy working with Bank of America's Returned Items and Fraud Division, the King County Prosecuters Office, the Washington State Labor Relations Board and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But, Bob, my calendar will permit me to work you in.

Perhaps, Bob, the best thing that you could do, now that you've experienced your fifteen minutes of fame is to tender your resignation to the NAR, thus minimizing any further embarrassment to your organization.

Merry Christmas, Bob!
