How To Buy A Great Web Site

Auto Response

I agree fully with this assessment on auto responses. I am a firm believer that there are loads of great websites out there, but if they are not functional, if the consumer does not become interested, or if you cannot convert the prospect to a client...
then we have to stop and ask "What good is it?"

That is why also I feel that Comstock's iPersonalService.com is one of the best products designed for agents to turn their web into productive webs. The auto response letter, accomplishes a few things:

  • It eliminates the need for an assistant or buyer agent to do follow up.

  • It ensures that those that visited are contacted

  • Your personalized response appears not to be auto-response

  • An active database is created for follow up

  • You are able to identify local / vs. relo buyer

  • You can sort out the hot prospects

I believe this can mark the difference between a site that has great
potential, and a site that actually produces real closings can be made with the implementation
of an auto response system that is intuitive as iPersonalService.com.
I have to hand it to Comstock on this one!  They've built a better
mousetrap!
