I think the glowing article Blanche wrote about Wall Street "rewarding" homestore's recent "pro forma profits" may have been a good example of biased reporting. Most people do not realize that proforma means, "hey, we think we're gonna kick some ass, so first, we wont report the major costs associated with our acquisitions and we'll guess how much we thing we are going to make", there, we are cash flow profitable, woo hoo!
There are a couple of articles people should read that will open their eyes. These analysts that dote all over homestore for the most part have a pretty big stake in seeing the stock go up.
Check these out and tell me that it doesnt smack of the Homestore situation and I'll buy you a beer!
