The aspect of HomeX which I found interesting was reported in a story written last week by Blanche Evans.
She noted that the site "acts as a referral service for the agents and brokers directing leads back to participants. And it rewards them for bringing listings and traffic to the site through a unique revenue referral program. HomeX.com's mortgage center is powered by ELoan, which will share revenues with HomeX.com, who will then pass on revenue sharing to brokers and agents who bring in traffic and referrals."
