I can't agree with you more. As a software provider we have a product that truly could empower the agents. But you don't know how many times we have been turned away from the big brokerage firms because of the kickbacks the broker/owners got from Ipix and Cendant. Maybe they will wise up and realize they have actually disenfranchised their own agents by forcing them to use their canned and inefficient proprietary services!
