In my profession (not real estate), I get asked all the time to reduce my rate and I simply respond, ?no?. If your time is truly worth what you quote, why waste any more time developing catch phrases. Just market the product for crying out loud. To those of you who don?t wish to offer more reasonable rates I offer this to you, THE END IS NEAR. The internet has put your ?profession? on thin ice. More and more people I know are selling their houses without a realtor and pocketing the delta. What is great about the internet is that it empowers INDIVIDUALS not collusive cliques such as yours. It flushes out antiquated systems of information control and clever people like me will capitalize on it by offering superior products and services for a more reasonable price. Get ready to say, ?do you want fries with that?? because your toast?..more to come. By the way, if you press F7 on the keyboard it Word will launch a spell checker. Use it because your ignorance is too easily noticed with all the spelling and grammatical errors peppered throughout your board. That?s a freebie offered ?commission free?.
