Beat HomeGain by Accepting Cooperation

I credit HomeGain for supporting the search engines and online advertising. The HomeGain ad on Google is clearly highlighted in pink and marked as "Sponsored Link." Yes, there's an appearance of being unethical when the ad appears for a trademarked company search, but savvy Web users will see it as a bad reflection on the company. Google has corrected the problem of the HomeGain ad appearing when you type in say Century 21, but it still appears when you type C21 (oops, they missed that one). It always appears when you type in a trademarked company that has the word "realty" in it. The way to beat HomeGain is to accept as much cooperation as possible, whether from inbound referrals, outbound referrals, all subagents, and buyer brokers. TownRealty.com competes with HomeGain.com for Web-based referrals, so if you get a referral that originates from me, please contact the potential client immediately!
