" the laggards and culprits" are the 750,000 (approximately) Realtors, Boards, and Associations across the country.

It's a big machine and the majority of the participants aren't on board with the Internet thing yet. Some even amazingly still think it's just a passing fad.

Since Realty Times is an online publication you're only going to reach people online, I believe an appropriate analogy is "preaching to the choir". Internet savy Realtors are already onboard and you won't reach the rest since they're not online.
