the cape cod board makes it mandatory that you join or you cant use mls. i'm fighting it....i just sent a letter to our president and i'm looking for legal counsel. this is a monopoly and its not fair. an association is supposed to be voluntary not mandatory. whats the point of putting it on our cards or bragging about it if we are made to belong. besides not one customer in 7 years has ever said are you a realtor.
