How about Some Balance?

Yes, mega-numbers of real estate agents can rightfully take exception to being "lumped" into a category sumamrized in the "10 points."

But since there are "mega-mega" numbers of real estate agents practicing across the US, there are ALSO mega-numbers of real estate agents who legitimately could be "associated" with the implications of the "10-points."

Here's the problem. In the local LOW-INVENTORY market, there is high-frustration within the realtor community, shared by many licensed agents. MANY! Oftentimes I hear complaints about "shenanigans" being pulled by their fellow-agents. They complain however, behind the scenes. When I challenge them ... DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ... invariably they disinclined to "rock the boat."

UNTIL THE INDUSTRY gets OFF ITS COMMISSIONS and starts to self-monitor and SELF-CORRECT, the "10-points" will remain BOTH true AND insulting.

It's unfortunate. But wake up and "smell the coffee." There IS "MUCH" circumventing of the rules and codes ... MUCH. No one can quantify it, because so few within the industry will go on the record to expose it.

So, realtors. ABSOLUTELTY GET MAD! But ONLY if you're going to DO SOMETHING about it.
