No Zoup For You!!!

Come on...this is worse than a bad soap opera. It's becoming more like one of those cheesy Fox sit-COMS "When Good Real Estate Deals Go Bad". (no pun intended about the com thing heh, heh, heh)
How many layers do we have to peel off before we get to the real truth?
"It just keeps getting better and better." she said, her voice dripping with sarcasim.
Have any of us seen any of the financials for NAR over the last couple of years? Does NAR make a profit? Have any of the Board Members? Our fees keep going up and I can't figure out why.
Homestore, NAR and Realtor.com are all scrambling and rambling right now because they know they ticked us off. Their responses are disembling, and the explanations of their actions remind me of the types of answers I got from my kids when they knew they did something I wouldn't approve of.
Let's face it, the bigs guys are going to keep trying so we must remain vigilant. Thing is, though, we need more of us to voice our discontent. The coffee machine chatter needs to become one strong voice, or things won't change.
Spread the word and encourage all the agents you know to speak out, or the "oops's" like the Bank of America thing will just keep on happening.
Profit margins are taking percedent over honesty, loyalty and ethical behavior. Since we have to adhere to these ethical standards, it's the least we can expect that the trade association representing us be held to those standards also. Bonnie Clark
