First I'd like to say Hello to all the agents and assistants that I suported for 2 1/2 years, I miss talking to you.. I know, a lot of you know how they let us go in September and we knew that things weren't going well financially, Bills not being paid, wouldn't order toletries, etc... So for the people who are still involved with them... I feel I need to confirm the Bankruptcy rumors... I received in the mail today the Bankruptcy papers for Homes.com, LLC and spoke with a person I worked with at the Florida office and he said to expect the Homes.com, Inc. papers in the next day or two. They are going to try and claim Chapter 11. A lot of what Bob says about Homes.com is true, and some from Tiger. I know the sales team were instructed to tell people the bugs are being fixed, just to sell the product. The reality is that they were being worked on by Peter Zaby, Just not fast enough. But now they have let Peter and Pat go. So whats next? and If they are still trying to sell space or Prep, that will go toward creditors not the upkeep of the web sites or the technical support.
