It seems that there is some confusion about the upfront fee to the sellers. If we offer the seller say $500 or $1000 for the rights to sell their home in 90 or 120 days, if the property doesn't sell we lose our $500 or $1000. It is not a reduction in the commission amount agreed to by the seller. If the profperty doesn't sell the seller has two options: 1. re-list with us for an additional time period for a further fee or 2. re-list with another company. It's that simple, pay for the rights to the listing, if you are not successful you lose your upfront investment . This program is being developed at the moment and hopefully be ready for the new year.
