Should You Measure A Seller's Home?

A less than useful exchange

Your response was full of passion but not coherence, nor good manners. If you could stop shouting for a short time and write in full sentences, with explanations for the jargon you use, you might find that you could influence someone to your point of view. If you are unable to write as one gentleman to another, when all that is at stake is two points of view, then keep your opinions to yourself. As I said, I have taught real estate for 17 years and been an expert witness for almost that long. You are not talking to someone who just fell off the turnip truck, so don't be too quick to assume that you have all the facts or some monopoly on the truth. I know that I don't, but I also know that I have experience and that I care to share it with the best of intentions. What are your intentions? Just to be insulting. Good job.
