Great Site but there were Red Flags from day one.

I have a homes.com website. WWW.JMELTON.COM
I got red flags from day one. I to was promised the Prep software which I still have not recieved and it has been over 7 months. The fees for the service were quoted to me incorrectly. I was also supposed to recieve other items as incentive to purchase the site. None of which I have ever received. The site itself has been great. I do think that homes.com had the best PRODUCT for the money, for agents. With the control I personally have over my site it has been great. I can take a listing and have it posted within minutes. and the information and articles for consumers have always been top notch. As for the sales people who sold the site packages when they knew there were problems with the company and the software they promised, tough luck. Obviously they would not have put up there own money if they didn't have faith in the product, but being dishonest will always come back to bite you. And now I along with I'm sure thousands of other homes.com customers, are worried about what will progress and what we need to do now. Thanks for the info and please continue to keep us posted.
