Consumer's are of the opinion that REALTORS are just sales people who are mainly interest in earning a commission, and the the bigger the better. The primary focus should be in providing the consumer with a loyal and valuable service not as a salesperson but as their agent who will protect and promotes their best interest. Then, after we have repeatedly demostrate our value to consumer's in general, will our reputation be enhanced. A consumer should realize that one of the best protection they can have is the liabilty placed upon the professionals they expressly retain.
