I went to the eRealty site and they strip the listing agent data from the listing when viewing. When an agent faxes a listing, for one, it has the agent sending fax number on it. It also requires agent involvement. Same with an email. There is no agent involvement here, just a program.

The way eRealty presents the data, you would think they own all these listings. It is obviously a ploy to beat the system and get one up on the competition. They have figured out a way to use other brokers data against the brokers. If they were offering more or a better service, there would be no need to kickback the commissions.
