What Happened to Supervision?

Sometimes you traditional agents surprise me with the liberties you take with the law. I see that you're just as ready to ignore the broker's legal responsibilities for SUPERVISION, as you are to ignore the common law of agency.

Are there ANY states out there that don't make the broker responsible for the acts of their agents?

If you want to supervise yourself, go out on your own. If you need the support system of a brokerage, then you are subject to being supervised.

You cannot choose which laws to obey based upon their convenience to your worldview, Anna.
