Im sorry you had to have such a bad experience. But i can assure not all realtors, are that bad. When you interview a realtor, look always for availability, dedication.knowlege of the area you looking at.And mostly if what he shows you gets better everytime you go out with him/Her.A good Realtor, who has a buyer like you, should after the most ,in the fourth attempt, have found you, your Dream home. And a simple advise, look mostly for the resale value of that home, since you not planning to live in it forever.Hoghways very bad choice. Your contract should allow at least 1.5% for repairs and 1.5% for Termites. As for Radon, seller should have been responsable to repaint the house, credit you,or as you wisely did ,back down from that deal. I wish you good luck in your search. And hope you find your dream home and pay what its worth, not what the agent want you to pay.. Good luck...
