What Will Happen to Agents Without Agency?

And the attorney of OK thank you as well

Unlike yesterday's article where the representative of OK real estate commission continually floundered in answering even the most basic questions, those interviewed showed why they are considered authorities on the subject.

Agency is not dead in OK. Wordsmithing, yes, but it is highly doubtful that agency will disappear in OK as of 11/1/00. But confusion and dozens of loopholes will create an environment ripe for lawsuits over the next few years.

Not only should the real estate attorneys thank those who designed this law for making their reentry into the center of the transaction more easy, but attorneys in general will be able to more easily than ever find fault with the way licensees in OK do business and assist buyers and sellers to litigate accordingly.

As an agency instructor and working exclusive agent for 12 years I fully concur with those interviewed today. And such is the case where a few pages of statures attempt to substitute for the volumns of Common Law of Agency. Like a cracking dike, for every hole that is plugged, 10 more holes appear.

Just wonder who the poor sucker will be that gets to be the legal example.
