Yes, Yes, Yes I am so glad to see this article. This is exactly what I said several months ago when I took the course. The course is NOT designed for a PRO it is designed for someone who has no idea of how to operate and use the Net. Their is nothing wrong with a very basic course for someone looking to learn BUT DO NOT give a person who is just starting to learn the designation of e-Pro. Let them learn and earn it. Let the agents who do know how to operate on the net be proud they have earned this designation and let the consumer realize that someone does know what they are doing.
