From what I can see, it's a waste of breath to try to convince Bryant that exclusive buyer agents are any different than traditional realtors. He appears to be even more of a non-conformist than we are. (I've visited his website...which he makes very clear is NOT for Realtors.) :-)
At any rate, Bryant, we've been fighting the battles against the status quo for years now, and while I'm sure it would pain you to have to admit it...not all Realtors are the same. Some of us have business practices which are just as non-traditional as yours.
So, lighten up brother Bryant. We're a lot more alike than you may think. We represent the best interests of our clients--which does NOT equate to "falling on swords." What that means is that we give them our best advice and advocacy and that they may do with that what they will. I presume that--while you offer your services at a discount--that you do no less for your clients.
