One issue that everyone is forgeting about is in the bundeled services area. Why has Homeseekers.com, Realtor.com, and all the other aggregate listing sites sold out to the eloan's of the world. Your hometown broker want's the mortgage company, title company, insurance company, moving company, and what ever other services they have an alliance with to reep the revenue, not Realtor.com reeping the rewards from national advertising that tries to stear business elsewhere. Why would a broker that owned their own mortgage company want their listings to appear with a banner above it that say's financing provided by e-loan? Think about it.
