Applause is due "the other" national trade association of real estate professionals (NAEBA) and to the many "responsible" REALTORS who recognize that Designated Agency is simply Dual Agency by another name. NAEBA's motto is: "Above All Is The Consumer." Hopefully, Michigan lawmakers will keep that high ethic in mind when they vote against Designated Agency.
