Great Article and I'd like to add my vote for Comstock Net Services - for both their support - the BEST I've worked with to date, and that they don't pepper a client site with advertising, never did, never will. and this coming from an internet addict with over 10 seperate sites online. They represent the agents and the office. They have been in business since 1995 and are privately owned and yes they are very solid. They have several lead generating products that are proven...#1 is the GRAND TOURS (all you do is add your photos - and it's super easy!) Of course my favorite is iPersonalService email autoresponse system....an opt-in/opt-out "e-assistant" Keep in mind any site is only as good as the follow-up! Comstock sites include offices with agents sites and aggregates the data for the office as a whole, they are experienced with broker reciprocity for offices. Serious income producing site, although this side of a template site, it's easy to personalize IF you want to. Very important to a listing agent is your listings are added as they are entered into your local MLS - easy is WONDERFUL! For a buyers agent, you have great info and 'sticky" stuff to keep those internet buyers at your site.
