However iOwn's situation does sound the bell for all large Internet based Real Estate sites to focus and concentrate on solid and meaningful relationships with Brokers and Agents. Providing them with the unique and productive tools is the greatest benefit any online real estate developer/provider can do. Everyone concentrates on the listings and advertising making brokers and agents secondary and less meaningful. iOwn from the beginning knew the value of the broker/agent and their clients. iOwn's online home search was a huge benefit for sellers and buyers and real estate professionals tools was such an added value to agents. Knowing the value of iOwn to the online real estate industry and knowing the innovation Ned Hoyt has, I know iOwn will move onward and out of troubled waters. What a wake up call for the entire online industry! It would be great to see an article about a website developer for real estate that actually is profitable and values the relationship with brokers and agents...
