It amuses me how Homestore and Microsoft go back and forth at each other. Homestore's announcement earlier this week is a perfect example: Homestore And NAR Create Joint Transaction Platform Homestore's announcement says absolutely "nothing". There are no details included. I wonder if they even have a product yet. I doubt it. They simply had to counter Microsoft's announcement - which does seem to have some substance. In a article by Scott Hill - New Microsoft Venture Aims to Streamline Mortgages Bryan Mistele, general manager of HomeAdvisor, is quoted as saying in regards to Homestore's Transaction Platform announcement: "it was short on details and nothing but a pathetic response to what we're doing.'' Bryan has hit the nail on the head.
