The FACTS about eSphere.

As a very deep insider who has recently gotten out due to ethical beliefs, I find many thinking that eSphere has come in to fix websuite. Let me paint a picture of truth.
Fact 1: In the summer WebSuite had to lay about 15% of it's employees off, but we paid them in full.
Fact 2: When Mark Anderson of eSphere bought our company, he laid 90% of the company off, and told them that he wasn't going to pay for "old problems".
Fact 3: Every single member of the e-pro team (technical, creative, and otherwise) have either quit or been fired.
Fact 4: Before I left, I was told by one of the tech members (who also quit eventually) that they where actually consolidating servers instead of upgrading the infrastructer. He mentioned that it was almost a factor of 5 to 1! He said the main implication was significantly WORSE performance.
The bottom line: eSphere was essentially created to hide the WebSuite assets from creditors. The server "upgrade" is most likely to move all the equipment out of the building and hide the assets from the bankruptcy court. WebSuite had it's fair share of problems, but we felt that we where a good team going the right direction... until eSphere came in. I don't see out any ethical business association can deal with either of these companys. It's ludicrious to think that main creator of these problems (eSphere) is the company that's coming in to "fix" everything!
