Web Sites Need Great Follow-Up

Our web site, www.judymori.com, is from Best Image and for our money, they are the best in the business. They generate many, many leads for us, so much so that 100% of our business toady is Internet related - 90% of it from Best Image. Without our Best Image web site, I do not see how we would be an effective force in our local real estate market today.

As good as Best Image is, all is naught if one does not have an effective follow-up. With report after report saying that today's Internet real estate buyer is using the net anywhere from five to eight months on average before actually buying, one needs to have an automated way to stay in contact with that prospect for the full five to eight months. For us, the best vehicle is InterSend. The "Campaigns" therein are very easy to implement, adding or editing a Campaign is a snap, adding a contact is a breeze and best of all, it is the brainchild of two realtors, Tom and Gwen Conway, therefore they truly speak our language and know what we want to say to our prospects and customers.
