I think it is wonderful that the posts are reflecting the need for a Single Agency model. It will take time but nice to know there are many who see the need for true representation in a world where if we don't start giving it, someone else will. Just a point of clarification. Single Agency is at the brokerage level, not the licensee level. There is no such thing as Single Agency Designated Agency. There is Designated Agency and Single Agency. Even NAR agrees, but most important so do the major consumer advocates and organizations.
