One Bad Apple...

Terry,

It sounds like a terrible experience. Like all professions, the are some "bad apples" in all of them. However, this should not discourage you to engage another buyer's agent. Just make sure that you interview them, and make sure they understand your expectations and time frame. The buyer agency agreement in my state clearly specifies the "duties" to the buyer, and I stick to these, remember, when you engage a buyer's agent, they work for YOU, not the other way around!!! Also, perhaps a suggestion in you are not sure about the agent, sign an agreement for one day, go out, tour properties, see if you "click", if so, then sign a longer one, maybe 90 days. Hope this was helpful and good luck!!!
