Listings are the possession of the listing Broker. Why haven't Brokers realized how they are being ripped off by both the NAR and Realtor.com. The website should be free and agents and Brokers should have free sites and links to their sites, and listings should only be marketed on sites approved by the listng Broker. Why have we signed our rights to control listings over to our MLS'S, who cut their own deals with Realtor.com etc. The NAR is suppossed to be a non-profit organization of real estate professionals, instead the NAR is in bed with Realtor.com allowing it's members to be charged for services when it's their own listings that are shown on Realtor.com. What's wrong with this picture?
