Technology changes, competitive market forces, and supply and demand will do a better job than any "micro-management". Better education and stricter license laws have not helped other industries. Nor does volume of transactions show that you?re honest. There are many examples of very well educated people with great credentials, who do tons of transaction, who would cheat their own mother in a flash. It?s this way in every field or profession, real estate is no difference.
