You raise some interesting issues about leads, Blanche. What has always baffled me is how NAR can sit back and let Countrywide seriously misuse the trademark Realtor. One does not have to be a Realtor to participate in the benefits of the Realtor Advantage Program -- any 'real estate professional' is eligible.
