Buyer's Broker Agreement

The buyer needs to be reminded that her Buyer's Broker Employment Agreement is with the BROKER, not the agent. Her first move should be to meet with the broker and get asigned to another agent. If brokers started getting enough grief over bad agents, they might be motivated to *hire* quality over quantity, and to better monitor the skills of the agents in their firms.
