Detlef -- Thanks for your note. The big broker perspective is important. I have a different view -- I think big brokers would largely support term licensing. Here's why: They would benefit from a pool of increasingly better-educated licensees, which would translate into less laibility and more transactions. Indeed, it would not surprise me if some brokers adopt their own term licensing requirement as a way to compel higher standards and create marketplace distinction. All the best. Peter G.
