I look at leads that are generated by my listings as if they came from a sign , ad call, flyer, open house or the internet as our lead. We make the followup response to gain a client to sell or buy. We do not pass our leads on to others for any reason and feel that the net leads should not be passed on to others without having the opportunity to reach us first Via a link to our own webb page or e- mail, OR Phone. I do not see any real benifit to Realtor . com if this is not the case. Do the builder leads get forwarded to a local broker ? And if so how? The issue is which of the real estate net providers is reaslly trying to direct the leads to the correct source? Please forward your thoughts on this especially if you are an active selling agent.
