Is the President of ABOR planning on becoming a politician? Maybe a snake-oil salesperson? From the comments made, it would appear that Blanche did a good job of probing, only to be met with what I'll refer to as 'we just don't like it' - unfortunately so typical of the old guard in real estate. Or, self-serving protectionism. I was not able to respond to the last post yesterday, but my response would have been that there is no correlation between MLS Listings which most every agent faxes to most anyone who asks without requiring a signed agency agreement, and yet this appears to be what the ABOR is saying e-realty is doing that is wrong, albeit via a different medium than the fax machine? In fact, e-realty is doing more pre-qualifying than many Realtors would do before sending out a fax of listings.
