Hi MBO:
Let me ask you: If the Buyer did decide to sue you for breaking your fiduciary duty to him, and went to Smith, Jones, Miller, & Jackson Attorneys at law, and told Smith to sue you. Would you go to the same office and ask Jones to defend you?
