I have been a Real Estate Broker for 25 years, way before "buyers agents" were the thing.  My opinion has not changed through the years as I have watched the concept develop.  I have seen over and over again the things Terry said the agent did. Sending clients listings without previewing them first and no effort being made to match the buyer with the right home for their needs.   I firmly believe in the old adage "nobody owns a buyer" and that it is up to me to earn a buyers trust and loyality.
