No I am not a lawyer. However, lawyers & real estate agents work with clients. New & used car salesman work with customers. My post about using the same firm, but different lawyers was brought to the attention of the Florida legislator's voting on designated agency for their state. When they were asked the same question, and the fact they shared fax machines, copy machines, break rooms, ect, they voted it down. Most of them were lawyers.
