For years, and long before it was popular, I have been touting, arguing and discussing the benefits of exclusive represention. What a perfect example, in part of this tale, to support that argument. REALTORS should not be allowed to sell the listings in their brokerage. It doesn't work.
For part 2, the Buyer should have trusted her instincts and fired her agent when she was getting good and proper service/response. I believe we all know when we are not getting good service and need to stand up for ourselves.
